Age requirements will vary from show to show in one of three ways…
Be sure to check the event you would like to attend on the “SHOWS” page.
• 21+ You will need a valid ID to enter.
• 18+ You will need a valid ID to enter.
• All Ages
All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Most shows will be general admission & standing room only. There will be some stools and high-top tables throughout the venue, and those will be first come, first serve.
There is additional seating in the restaurant and patio areas.

In most cases, re-entry is allowed for patrons 21+
Either your wristband or hand stamp will be required for re-entry.

Items such as pocket knives, pepper spray, flasks, outside food and drinks or anything that could be considered dangerous or illegal will not be allowed in the building.
If you are found in possession of outside alcohol, drugs, or weapons you will be escorted from the building immediately.
Purses and bags will be searched prior to entry.

Accessible parking and entrance is located in the parking lot directly behind the Five Wits Brewery building.

No pets are allowed in the venue unless they are a “service” animal.

Smoking inside is prohibited… this includes e-cigarettes/vaping.
Smoking cigarettes and e-cigarettes are allowed outside and on the patio.
Smoking of any illegal substance will result in your immediate expulsion from the venue.

Recording policies are at the bands’ discretion and change daily.
Professional cameras with a removable lens are not allowed without an approved photo pass.
Flash photography is never allowed inside.

Depending upon the event and the circumstances surrounding the event, yes, we are open to working with outside promoters.

Nope…All ticket prices and fees are the same online and at the door.
We encourage all patrons to purchase their tickets online, and in advance. This helps to avoid the DOS (Day Of Show) upcharge, and any added confusion for purchasing while checking in.

There is not a “box office” per se
Day of the show we will have staff on hand to check patrons in along with a guest list and will call in our system.

All sales are final.
Refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances. If an event is canceled, no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase.
If an event is rescheduled, we will update the website and notify ticket holders of the new date via email.

Absolutely! We have a dedicated ADA section near the stage where anyone physically needing to sit during a show is welcome.
We suggest contacting us ahead of time or letting our friendly staff know once you arrive that you need to be seated in this section and they will be happy to direct you where to go.
